The service

CTR TEAM LLC provides online fitness consultancy. The service is educational and advisory. It is not medical diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation or an emergency service, and it does not include clinical nutrition, supplements or courses.

The service is for adults aged 18 and over.

Enquiry and engagement

Sending a message, an email exchange or a call is not an engagement and creates no obligation for either side. The service starts only when both parties agree in writing the scope, the support and review arrangements, the contact arrangements, the fees and the cancellation conditions.

Your responsibilities

Our guidance depends on the information you choose to share. You are responsible for its accuracy and for deciding whether an activity is suitable for you. If you have a health condition, an injury, or any doubt about whether training is safe for you, consult an appropriately qualified health professional before starting or changing your training, and stop if you feel pain or discomfort.

No guaranteed results

Fees

No prices are published on this website. Fees, invoicing and payment terms are agreed in writing before the service begins. No payment is taken through this website.

Cancellation

How an engagement can be canceled or ended, the notice required and how any amounts already due are handled are set out in the written agreement for each engagement. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law does not allow to be limited.

Liability

The website and its content are provided for general information and are not personalised advice. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions taken only on the basis of the website content. Liability under an engagement is governed by that engagement's agreement. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law and disputes
